What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps a value on your device without sending it to the server. We use very little of either, and nothing for advertising or tracking.
What we use
Strictly necessary
lb_sid(cookie): keeps you signed in while you use the site. Set by our server when you sign in, marked HttpOnly and SameSite, and deleted when you close the browser or sign out. The site cannot keep you signed in without it, so it does not need consent.
Preferences (browser local storage, never sent to us)
lb_age: remembers that you confirmed you are 18+ so the age check is not shown on every page.lb_cookies: remembers your choice on the cookie bar.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies.
Third-party cookies
- Google Sign-In: if you use the Google button, Google may set cookies in its own sign-in window under Google's privacy and cookie policies.
- Our games: games load from our own domain inside the page and may use browser storage to remember in-game settings such as sound.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces. It does not set cookies but does receive your IP address.
Managing cookies
Use the link in the footer to see the bar again. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings; if you block the session cookie you will not be able to stay signed in. Guidance for common browsers is available at aboutcookies.org.
Changes
We will update this page if we add or remove any cookie. The date at the top shows the latest version.
